Age Limit: Candidates age should be 15-24 years as on 30-01-2018. Age relaxation is applicable by 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC candidates as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed Matric/ 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate, from recognized Board and ITI in relevant trade (i.e National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training/State Council for Vocational Training).

HIGHLIGHTS OF UNION BUDGET 2018

The Union Budget of India, also referred to as the Annual financial statement in the Article 112 of the Constitution of India,is the annual budget of India. Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today (1 st February 2018) presented the Union Budget 2018 in Parliament. This budget, Jaitley’s 5 th, is the last full budget of this NDA government before India goes to polls for the General Elections in 2019. Till 2016 it was presented on the last working day of February by the Finance Minister of India in Parliament. The budget, which is presented by means of the Finance bill and the Appropriation bill has to be passed by both the Houses before it can come into effect from April 1, the start of India's financial year.

As of September 2017, Morarji Desai has presented 10 budgets which is the highest followed by P Chidambaram's 9 and Pranab Mukherjee's 8. Yashwant Sinha, Yashwantrao Chavan and C.D. Deshmukh have presented 7 budgets each while Manmohan Singh and T.T. Krishnamachari have presented 6 budgets.(source wikipedia)
